Mr. Zambrano’s practice includes Administrative Law; Corporate Law; Family Law; Civil Law; Litigation; Trusts and Estates; Immigration Law.
Mr. Zambrano has helped clients to resolve administrative disputes in and out of court. He has also advised clients in various corporate agreements and has helped foreign clients in the negotiation and drafting of trust agreements to secure repayment of loans with restricted real estate property, which may not be legally owned by foreign nationals.
Mr. Zambrano has advised clients in the negotiation and drafting of various industrial, commercial and residential real estate purchase agreements. Mr. Zambrano has also negotiated and drafted lease agreements for such real estate property. Mr. Zambrano has also been active in personal estate planning.
Mr. Zambrano has helped foreign nationals to obtain proper visa status to work in México.
Prior to joining D & A Morales y Asociados Mr. Zambrano worked as legal counsel at Notaria Pública No. 26 (Monterrey, 1985-1997) and Notaria Pública No. 105 (Monterrey, 1997-1998).
